1. Architectural Record is a monthly and there are 12 issues for one year and 24 issues for two year term.
2. It will take around 14-21 working days on delivery. Copies should arrive by the issue month. However, there will be delay when postal services are closed during the holiday seasons or when international logistics are affected or postal services are suspended due to unexpected situation.
3. Please allow up to 60 days for your first print copy to arrive. If the Post Office alerts that your magazine is undeliverable, the Publisher has no further obligation unless a corrected address is received.
4. Orders are subject to Publisher's approval.
5. Email address must be provided for registrating the digital access.

1. The Publisher reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to issue refunds or credits when you request it.
2. You will not receive a refund if a portion or all of the digital products are temporarily unavailable.
3. When you cancel your subscription, the Publisher will stop your service and issue a prorated refund for the unserved or unmailed portion of your subscription. Your unlimited online access will end when you cancel your subscription.
4. No refunds will be issued if the remaining subscription term is less than 3 months.
1. If magazine delivery is delayed or there is copy missed, lost or damaged during the subscription period, subscriber shall report to Magtimehk at once or within 30 days from the publication month for re-directing the cases to the Publisher.
2. If the Post Office alerts that your magazine is undeliverable, the Publisher has no further obligation unless a corrected address is received.
