Yes. Simply forward the information which includes your subscriber's name, address and customer ID as appears on your current mailing label to magtimehk@gmail.com. We will arrange renewal for your subscription accordingly. (Note: Some publishers may deliver renewal notice directly to your address. You may either respond to publisher's renewal offer or renew through our service but not both to avoid duplicated orders.)

We do not provide suspension services for magazine subscription. This means that once you have subscribed for a period, you will not be able to suspend or pause your subscription until the end of that period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however the remaining subscription period will not be refunded if it is less than 3 months.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime. Please send your cancellation request to magtimehk@gmail.com. You'll receive a full refund for any unfulfilled issues. However, the Publishers are not able to process your cancellation if the remaining subscription period is less than 3 months.
